This course provides an introduction into public-private cooperation on acceleration of green affordable housing. The course stresses the importance of municipalities as facilitators and developers of public-private finance projects and explains different roles municipalities play in the development of sustainable architecture. A special attention is given to use of hybrid funding in Ukraine's Recovery. The course largely builds on a Hybrid green finance catalogue of European good practices which is a recommended reading material for this course.
